		Featured Homesteads Homesteads on Balsam Mountain Preserve offer breathtaking mountain views, soothing stream sounds and dramatic elevations. Whether it’s soaring layers of mountains with sunrise views or sunset over the closest peak, each setting is different. Elevations range from 3,000-4,700 feet, and homesteads average one to two acres.
